This is a german/english Minecraft-Server, which is part of the Chernarus.de-Community (www.chernarus.de). We have a whitelist and are a very familiar community. Our world is open ended and, if you follow our server rules (they can be found here: http://www.chernarus.de/forum/thread/6683-regeln-rules), you can build wherever and whatever you want! If you want to get whitelisted, just register to our forum and (briefly) ask for permission in the whitelist-thread (http://www.chernarus.de/forum/thread/6682-whitelist-anfragen-request/).
